- If you have one of those kids that is allows going to place they shouldn\'t be, this is for you. This device is very accurate. The only down fall is the monthly charge, it\'s a little on the pricey side for what it does. If you are using it to track your employees driving habits, it might be well worth it.
- Requires a subscription to the service, other wise works very well and shows car location. Just left it in the trunk
- Didn\'t realize there was a subscription requirement with a fee to use. Thought it worked like an apple key tag. I attempted to set it up and it was super difficult. Didn\'t understand what I was suppose to do - no direct instructions. The QR code you scan takes you to a link to identify which GPS tracker you have and theres no indication on the device or box to say which one it is?? Could just be technology ignorance, but because of the fees we wont be using it.
- I have had other GPS trackers that were WAY less expensive for the service. and work just as well. However, it DOES work as long as you pay for service to it. It was simple to set up and easy to use. If it was less expensive to purchase AND maintain I would have given it more stars.
- I assume this works on the same principle as other gps location devices in that once attached to the network you receive updates on location. It is about 3 inches long and just over 1 in thick. Not very small but still small enough to conceal say on your vehicle in an inconspicuous place. Set up was easy as you just create an account with the provider and purchase either a yearly or monthly plan. I like the wireless charging and the device holder is very snug and not easy to attach which is both a plus and a minus. I was afraid I would snap one of the tabs getting it in but once in it is help very securely. Not sure but I do believe this device may offer some small discount on all vehicle insurances but it qualifies as a recovery device for mine but the savings do not offset the cost of the subscription so not sure if we will continue beyond the first month. A good option for those who are concerned with theft of their property or want to track movement of perhaps rented equipment indiscreetly. There are a multitude of uses. Overall if tracking property is a concern then this item is a good buy.
- I love the Spytec trackers, this will be my 3 rd one from Spytec, their platform is so easy to understand and to migrate through..Subscription plans are fairly priced, very well packaged and comes with extras:)
- I should have looked more closely at the fine print to realize that this required a subscription. You can\'t beat the size and functionality of the device.The Spytec software will allow you to draw boundaries of any shape or size on the map, then set up alerts based on those boundaries. That\'s a great feature to have if you need to keep track of a teen or if you\'re hoping to keep track of your car in the event it\'s stolen. The app works on any web-enabled device, and the maps show real-time location data as well as historical data.This is a great solution for small businesses as well, especially delivery services. It\'s not going to get a lot of use from me, personally...hopefully whomever I end up gifting it to really can take advantage of all the features.
