Finally I got through but, this wasn’t through a phone call, it was though email. When I voiced my concern my Tile was deactivated and would not function anymore.
  • Must have app open. Doesn’t use find my on iPhones. Terrible purchase.UPDATE. It goes off for no reason. It was sitting onY table and went off twice. Please let me return it!!!
