  • It is slightly different from the one I had that finally wore out. Hope this one works as long.
  • Very easy to use and has visual and voice commands. Volume of voice commands can be adjusted upward or downward. On screen has several options such as miles to the destination or time to the destination---users choice.
  • I bought this because I was going on a road trip east from Chicago. I dont have GPS in my car and I don\'t trust my phone to get a signal everywhere. It performed well even in Canada. It gives you plenty of warning when approaching a turn and has a lot of extra features that come in handy.It is refurbished but you would never know it. It reacts quickly and has great accuracy .Garmin products are always reliable.

  • Used this extensively during our trip to the Canadian Rockies. Cellular data service is pretty much absent for most of the backcountry once you move away from the small-town regions. This gave the assurance of finding our way to, and back from, many of our destinations.We did find that the loaded POIs were not very accurate - most of them were miles away from where they should be (again, in the Canadian backcountry). Google Maps was always spot on - provided you had the maps stored in your offline maps.It would be really awesome if Garmin could somehow take in the \"plus codes\" that Google Maps and other providers give. This is an easy 11-character code that pinpoints a location. Converting GPS coordinates from the decimal notation in Google to the degree-minute-second notation expected by Garmin is challenging when searching for the conversion is not possible.Overall, for the price, it\'s good to throw into your glove box for when you run out of cellular data signal (or run out of international data quotas) and need to find your way to places.
  • I do a lot of fun random road trips and I love taking the more scenic routes, this is perfect for when your phone has absolutely no idea where you are and neither do you.
  • The price for this Garmin unit was refurbished was about half of what it was brand new works and looks brand new. We use it quite a bit and I would buy one again thank you.
