- First of all, I have to hand it to them ... the installation was perfect for my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. Installs perfectly in the opening left by the factory OEM radio. Sound quality is great, considering it is using the factory OEM speakers. Doesn\'t always connect to my phone\'s WiFi the first time, but eventually it does. Not a lot of instructions, so I\'m still not certain how to switch around apps or even find where to select an app. All the default settings were ... China, where else! Had to change the time zone and other settings. I wish there was more information how to access and switch apps. The microphone on the phone app works great, no one complains about me talking in a tunnel or tin can. That was one complaint I had about a previous device. I still need to use it a while to make sure everything continues to work properly but overall, I\'m very pleased! I\'m considering installing a backup camera, as it has a backup guide built in. So far, I\'m liking it and I think it was worth the money. It also has a CD (maybe DVD, too) player, which I wasn\'t aware of when I made the purchase. Comes with everything you need, including wiring harnesses for several vehicles, optional peripheral wiring harnesses and even soft plastic pry tools if to remove the console pieces without damaging your console. If it keeps on performing like it has been, I highly recommend it to costly brand name replacements that require an installer and console modifications.
- This comes with everything I needed to install it. It literally took about 2 minutes. However the directions were written by a 2 year old so good luck following them.
- It works. I’m not super impressed by the quality but as far as I can tell all of the functions work. My fiancé was getting frustrated because she couldn’t hit some of the back arrows because they are close to the corner of the screen and she has her nails done and couldn’t physically hit the arrow. But it works for me. I can say the directions absolutely suck. I’m still unsure as to some of the wires coming out of the thing as to what they do. The microphone on the radio works when you’re sitting still but apparently I can’t be heard when I’m going down the road. I plan on trying an external microphone to see if it helps.Finally got it figured out. The external microphone works well and the backup camera trigger wire hooks into the pink reverse wire from the main power supply plug. To change the camera type setting you have to put in a code of 0000 to get in. Camera’s still not working because of black and white static but I’m thinking it’s in the camera or camera cable. The radio changes to it when I put it in reverse.
- Works great. Retains all factory functions, including steering wheel controls. Apple CarPlay works great. Only complaint is the instructions are terrible. You will scratch your head for a few minutes.
- Everything works well except for the phone connect, my apple IPhone 12 will connect, download contacts and play music etc...But voice doesn\'t work. I tried the suggested app, It also does not work. I really like all the other features, but If I can\'t use my phone hands free then the thing is useless to me. Kind of a bummer. I\'ll be sending this back unless their customer support reaches back out to me.

Please note: Disc, Navi, Radio has hard button.I expected but ES File Explorer is pre installed. It can not be uninstalled.

- If you have a Wrangler like me, 2011. no nav and with the factory subwoofer. This radio is a huge improvement, and fairly easy to install. The backup camera wire isn\'t really marked, it is the Pink wire though. I purchased a license plate mount for the supplied backup camera. Overall the radio is a great improvement, few little quirks but really sounds good. The subwoofer RCA doesn\'t have a separate subwoofer control in the head-unit. I stuck with the factory subwoofer, and used a line-out convertor to an amp for the sub. all the other speakers come to life compared to the alpine factory system. Nav works well and lot of features. For the $250 its a decent radio. You could obviously spend $1000 on a better unit, but for the money you cannot get a better radio ! for the most part, its plug and play !
