• The product itself is great, and good quality. However, in order to have its full use, you must have the app on at all times and sometimes will not connect to the tile. Other than the app, everything works perfectly.
• I have a large family so when the kids needed their tiles to find things.. I ordered them but none of them will work if you have more than 4 on your acct.. they need to fix this problem
• It only tracks up to 10 feet I think, and doesn’t even track the latest location properly. I put it in my wallet so I won’t loose it, and someone stole it and I was not able to track it with Tile because it was only connected when it was near my phone. Just save yourself money and switch to an AirTag because this thing will only show you your wallet if you’re in the same room and holding it in your hands.
• Losing my phone is one of my daily habits. I will forget where I left it so much that I’ve left it at home on vacation before, I’ve left it at a hospital, I’ve left it in many stores, and I will leave it in so so many more places.So I got this and attached it to my work keys. I only keep my works keys in specific places, so it makes sense. Not only do I have the safety on my keys just in case they get lost (that would be hell at work), but I also am able to ‘reverse the signal’ and ring my phone!Not only that, but the Tile ringer is amazing! As expected with other things, it’s immediately recognizable, but it’s also a really gentle sound. Meaning when it plays, it’s loud enough to be heard easily, but the tone isn’t jarring and ear splitting.10/10 would recommend if you’re forgetful like me!
• I just set it up today. It was very easy to set up. I’m very glad it would also help me find my phone. I’m always losing my phone or my wallet so this is so helpful.
• There are a lot of negative comments but it works fine for me. I\'ve had it only 2 months, though.
• The battery is not replaceable. I’ll be replacing it with an air tag.
