• I have no doubt the screen works, but was unaware most dealerships seem to replace the entire radio unit instead of just the screen. Be prepared to do the install work yourself.
• I watched a youtube on replacing the digitizer. This unit fit perfectly and is working great so far.
• One came in broken, but that could of not been the company issue due to cold weather. Once I installed the 2nd one very carefully and a lot of YouTube time on one video, it worked! Super happy I can touch my screen and it works. Only complaint it is super fuzzy and hard to read like there is a film over it (which it’s not). Other than that it works.
• Wasn’t difficult to install, perfect fit on a 2010 4Runner Limited. However, any sunlight that hits it creates a rainbow glare (yes I removed both sides of the protective film). It’s annoying and can make it difficult to see in direct sunlight. However, the touchscreen works well, which is better than not working at all.
• Saved us thousands!
• I have a 2011 Prius with a non-responsive touchscreen. This touchscreen did not work. I sent the seller a message asking for support and received a cryptic response that appears to have been written with google translate. I don\'t think the seller speaks English and was not able to provide any customer support. I then purchased item number 392113414913 (google it) and it arrived in 2 days. I had a question for that seller and they responded immediately in perfect English. Installed it and it worked perfect. I\'m glad I didn\'t give up because now my navigation finally works.
• With this product and the help of a YouTube tutorial, was able to fix my unresponsive 2011 Prius touchscreen in no time at all!
• Not too difficult to install, worked perfect on my 2011 Toyota 4-Runner Limited- on original JBL equipt
