- ***UPDATE*** Customer service is amazing with this company. They reached out to me to discuss the problem and have refunded my order even though I told them a refund wasn’t necessary.When I read the description, I thought this would be perfect because it had screws and was a hard plastic, but if you have chewers, don’t buy! My Australian Shepherd decided it was a chew toy even though it was attached to his collar!

- These cases had no water getting inside after being placed in a glass of water and held at the bottom for about 5 minutes. They seem very sturdy and provide great protection for tags inside. It\'s very difficult to remove the tags once placed inside, an option would be to place a long piece of ribbon inside with the ends extending out past the edges before putting the tag inside (similar to some battery compartments in some controllers). The ribbon would then provide a way to pull the tag out when it\'s time to remove it.
- I would not call this case waterproof. It has no gasket or anything to seal it. I would say it is water resistant because of how it fits together though. Overall the case is decent. It is made some a somewhat flexable material, I hesitate to say it is plastic but it might be. There are some concerns I have that I have seen others mention which are the attachment point is a bit thin and flexs fairly easy so it could potentially break if snagged on something too often and the tiny screws are going to be an issue long term when replacing the battery. Even if you manage to keep track of the tiny screwdriver tool they give you those screws might strip out fairly easily if you are not careful. Since this is an item you will have to replace the battery on it would have been nice to see a different way to secure the case closed.
