- The main thing I needed was to stop non paying customers from driving around when they stop paying. I wanted to do it in a non risky, not threatening way so they might think its mechanical issue rather than for nonpayment. So, if the car is running and you send the command it will wait until the key is turned off before it disables the ignition. This is good so Im not cutting the engine as a customer is driving. Once you send the command and turn the key it just goes click. Press it again to enable ignition and 10 seconds later it will crank right over. Installation cost me 75 dollars and took 35 minutes.This is all you will need to track your customers and do fleet management. The price for the saver is 10 bucks a month which is the cheapest I have found. Billed Quarterly. Even on the saver plan you can tell it to show you the location at any given time. Thats a good deal. There are a lot of features in the various fleet plans that all seem to be included. I will be installing these on my fleet of cars.

- This is a combination review; it\'s 6 months and 4 units later and I am pleased to say this tracker has exceeded my expectations. Here\'s why: This is an incredibly easy unit to install. You can wire it up as simply as just a couple of wires to keep it charged and tracking or you can install it with the ability to kill the ignition as well as a secondary ground circuit to trigger any device in your vehicle though Trackmates fairly intuitive app. The device is waterproof so it can be hidden anywhere. It has an internal battery so if it is installed somewhere impossible to get to, even if the wires are cut it still tracks for a couple of days. Location services are very good; I have found the map and location to be extremely accurate. Most of the time you can literally see my car in the garage at my house on the gps map. If wired correctly it will also not only tell you the direction of travel, but if the car is running, or if the ignition is off. But by far the best part of this unit and the reason I am writing the review today is because of the customer service. The owner of the company periodically calls and check with users to make sure you are happy with the product, and find out if you have any recommendations on improvement. This has given me the ability to make certain changes to the software that are specific to how I use the equipment in my vehicle. I am confident after using this for 6 months with great success that if something were to happen to my vehicle not only would I be able to find it using the software but I would have over the phone support with Trackmates customer service to assist in recovery; and if you care about your car that is invaluable. This is not the cheapest unit or service on the market, but the tracker itself seems like a quality piece and the overall service and customer service is fantastic. Its expensive... because its worth it.
