It’s a nice watch. I wanted it for the music capability (had a 630 for years). Unfortunately, the Spotify option wouldn’t work. I contacted Garmin support who looked up the product and found it was a European model. They said it won’t work with Spotify accounts based on the US. I’m replacing it with one from Garmin US. Wish this info had been on the description. That said, the 245 is a nice watch and does everything it is supposed to. It is slower at getting a GPS signal than my 630 and had really struggled with GPS on a trail while my 630 was fine. Otherwise, nice watch.
First bought the Garmin Swim 2, but when I saw this one at the same price I changed my mind Immediately. Boy was I right! This model works exactly the same in the pool (except very minor functions I don’t need) and adds tons of new features for running and biking. Also gives you SPO2! So happy I made the change!
