- Very cheap costing product that is well worth the few bucks to save your vehicles touchscreen from scratches, wear etc. It seems to fit fine to me - covering all the area I would ever touch with my fingers. I dont even notice the cover anymore, its crystal clear and just as sensitive to touch as the touch screen itself. for a 2017 Honda Accord, this works great. installing it took me 5 min or less. I used some glass cleaner made for electronics first, then used the supplied lens wipes, take the backing off of the screen protector and carefully line it up where you want to put it. As with any protective film you will most likely have some bubbles - I used a credit card and my fingers to push the bubbles to the edges, the couple tiny ones that were left over went away after a couple days.
- I use screen protectors on all my phones and tablets, so I figured after buying a new car I would protect my investment similarly. I did, however, have a little trepidation given some of the prior reviews. As things turned out, there was nothing to fear. It\'s a perfect fit, very easy to install, and barely visible. There is one small bubble at the bottom corner but I can only see it when the navigation screen is off and even then it\'s barely noticeable. I was also concerned about what might happen when it gets hot but it\'s seen temperatures up to the low 90s with no trouble, so I\'m pretty confident it will last. I\'m glad I bought it.
- [NEWEST] 2018 Honda Accord EX EX-L Touring EX-L 8-Inch Car Navigation Screen Protector, 1 PCS LFOTPP CLEAR TEMPERED GLASS Infotainment Display In-Dash Center Touch Screen Protector I purchased this for a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L with the 8-inch screen. The protector came with the following: Screen protector, alcohol pad, 2 dust removers, lint-free cloth, and a suction cup. I removed my factory plastic from the screen, wiped it with the alcohol pad, removed remaining dust with the sticky pads, and applied the suction cup to the bottom right corner. Afer removing the plastic backing from the protector, I used my hand to grab the edges of the top left portion guide it into place. I got lucky and got it centered on the first try. The protector is a fairly tight fit with only a few 16ths of an inch for play. I did have a few bubbles on the bottom right side where the suction cup was placed but I removed most by squeezing them out. I did have to lift the corner slighly to remove the last bubble. Overall I am very pleased with the product.
- This fit on my Accord very nicely. You need to be very careful during installation, but I had no problems. Cleaning the display and removing any dust particles is important. The kit supplies everything that you need. I actually pre-cleaned the display and then used the kit supplies to clean it again. When placing the protector on the screen, a small suction cup is supplied to help hold the protector. This was very helpful, but I wish that there were two to help with alignment and placement.After installation, I noticed that the protector was very clean and shiny. There was a lot of glare on the glass. This hasn\'t been a problem because, when the display is on, it is bright enough that you don\'t notice the glare. Still, a non-glare option would be nice.I would buy this product again.
- I have a 2018 Accord Touring with the 8\" Navigation Screen. It was very fingerprint-prone and left a residue that was quite hard to get off. I generally have a tempered screen protector on my phone, so I went searching for a similar one for the car. The installation was very similar except that this screen is huge and has cutouts for the buttons. Maybe because the screen is so big, the glass felt a bit flexible. Anyways, after placing it and getting it right after a few tries (without fully pressing on it), I finally placed my finger in the middle and watched all the bubbles disappear. This definitely adds a bit of oleophobic coating on it, so fingerprints are easily removed using a microfibre cloth (for cleaning glasses). The screen no longer shows a million smudge marks and I absolutely love it! Great product - take a look at the pictures to believe it.
- Came in a nice package. I was scared i was not going to be able to install it correctly but after 2 trys i got it just right. Covers the screen for my 2019 accord perfectly. The on problem i would have is that it does leave finger prints but i keep the little cloth it came with handy to wipe off the sumudges. Other then that, it sticks just right the adehsive once pressed down left nooo bubbles (which is what i feared would happen) and has not came off even after sitting in the hot desert heat. super easy to apply and the kit had everything u might need. Would deff buy again
- Very good fit and applied easily (except) for lower right corner - I assume it is my fault, but the corner does not stick well to the display. Be very careful and consider NOT following the directions with removing the protecting layer. It gets in the way at the very end of application causing the bubble that will not go away. Otherwise it is easy to clean and will protect the surface of the display for a long time (assuming it will not leave a residue when removed and/or replaced)
- Put this on my 2019 Honda Accord screen & it’s honestly such a clean sleek look, definitely glad i found this. such an easy install also, it takes a few days for the bubbles to go down but when they do, you’ll be glad you waited
