- I am an electrical contractor in the Houston Metropolitan area of Texas. With the sun-setting of 2G & 3G networks, I wanted trackers for my small fleet of trucks that would function past the sunset dates set for the end of 2022. My cell phone plan is with T-Mobile. I normally do not have a problem with coverage save for a few locations in semi-rural areas around Houston. I chose the give this tracker a try. When I inquired as to what frequency this tracker used, the person who responded, Jessie, his help and customer service was to notch. I received my tracker very quickly (2 days) via Amazon Prime and I signed up with the recommended provider, SpeedTalk. The plan really is 5 bucks per month per plan. I have been using the tracker on my own truck for three weeks now and it has performed flawlessly. It even shows the location in areas where I don\'t have a T-Mobile signal.The setup of the SIM card plan with SpeedTalk was very simple and the tracker is plug and play in the OBD2 port of the truck. My OBD2 had a blown fuse because it is on the cigar lighter circuit and evidently I overloaded it at some point and blew the fuse. I replaced the blown fuse and viola! the tracker worked as designed. The tracker was very simple to set up with the provided app on my phone. I haven\'t checked to see if the tracker can be used with other tracker apps, hopefully it\'s cross compatible.The app is functional, provides a lot of information, shows a very accurate position on the map and it stores history. However, the app leaves more to be desired. It is not as straightforward as other apps I\'ve used like Life360, HelloTracks or Google Maps Timeline. The information is there but you have to work at it to get it and figure out how long the tracker was at a location. The history is not downloadable as far as I can find. Hopefully they will improve the app\'s functionality soon. Don\'t get me wrong, everything works very well and the installation, function and signal are easy and flawless, the app just could be a little better.I currently have two trackers, one on my truck and one being installed later today on another truck. I plan on purchasing four more trackers for the rest of my trucks. I will be able to see when my employees use my vehicles after hours, where they are during working hours, if they are correctly logging their hours, if they are on-time or leave work early, how long they are at a job site, how long they take lunch, if they take lunch at a restaurant or a bar, if they are speeding on the road or if they are not where they are supposed to be. It will help with scheduling, service calls, billing and prevent employee pilferage and/or stealing time.I am very satisfied with this purchase. I will be recommending this product to other contractors I associate with. You can\'t beat 5 bucks per month, per vehicle.
- So many units have plans... I am travelling in central America and those plans are all useless, let alone highly overpriced.I used this in Costa Rica where I could get a second sim card for $1.50 and put $1.50 worth of rolling credit on it. I\'ve basically used 8 cents worth of that in 7 months of time. Only from the few texts I sent to the unit to test it out. Since then I just use the app which shows the location and the historical route and I can change settings there. Somehow that doesn\'t use any of my SIM cards credit.Highly recommend this route over the other\'s with their monthly subscriptions.Avoid the OBD unit if you are considering this for antitheft, as you can\'t hide it anywhere that way, those are more commonly used for fleet tracking.
- Well, I had previously purchased a 2G tracker for asset tracking to protect items at a remote location. It turns out that with the with the limited availability of 2G the tracker did not function. I returned it and purchased this 4G version. I was easy to install on my UTV and maintains reasonable availability. I did find that it doesn’t acquire the 4G LTE signal as well as my cell phone. When the signal drops to two bars on my phone the tracker is unable to maintain and becomes intermittent. This is adequate for checking once or twice per day for my purposes. When I took it nearer to town it worked flawlessly. The SMS communication works well and and the APP is adequate. I intend to purchase two more units to install in my other ATV and my tractor. I am using SpeedTalk SIM cards which run ~$5.00 per month per installation.

El rastreador responde muy bien, lo tengo instalado en una motocicleta, funcionando en Bogotá - Colombia, como recomendación utilicen el operador TIGO, por qué este utiliza internet por demanda, también hagan todo el procedimiento de homolorgarlo frente a CRC, para que esté no sea bloqueado.

- Funciona muy bien es fácil de configurar, una de las cosas que me gustó es que tiene un acelerometro para detectar los golpes lo cual es excelente, es delgado lo único que lo haría aún mejor es que sea a prueba de humedad lo configuré con un sim de Movistar Costa Rica excelente producto.
