I bought mine refurbished so when it says left it means right but if you\'re looking at screen you know it\'s a right turn you have to make. For the price and the blutooth navigating I won\'t complaint. It\'s helped me so much for work and personal use.
Love my garmin product. Makes this my 33d garmin. Easy to use. Setup exactly as I like it. Will ever be without it again. Messing with those online apps drove me crazy.
Nice gps
use the product every day, but am disappointed with the \"determination\" it presents when it is wrong! The map it shows is correct, but will take you to another place, (once, some 5 miles from where it was programmed) and stay determined that \'this is the place\', It has only done this twice, but I have only had the product for a couple months. I use it to take me to clients that I have never met (I\'m a health care provider) and am on a tight schedule, and can\'t be wasting time looking for places that the Garmin chooses to take me to that are not correct. Perhaps that it has happened only twice is \"par for the course\" - but not in my book. Have used Garmin for more than 10 years, and keep them till they no longer stay on -due to battery/screen failure. Chances are, someone else\'s Garmin will never have this problem - I sure hope not - but I am left with a lingering thought that maybe it will fail again. Love the warning features, especially the camera intersections ahead, and well as clarity of reading the screen. I don\'t use the voice option or the user interface, thus the \'no-star\' means NA, but that\'s not a choice given.
It should say \"reboxed\" not refurbished. The battery dies in about 3 minutes. Which is probably why it was sent back in the first place. Other than that it seems like a good unit
I\'ve used this for just under two weeks now. It was easy to transfer my saved spots from the old Nuvi 56 to this one. I can\'t speak to the voice recognition, as that isn\'t a feature that I\'ve used. The touch screen is much nicer to use than the Nuvi, and it\'s really nice that it pairs with the phone to write out text messages when driving. I haven\'t used the feature, but it looks like it will speak out the text message if you push the top of the notification. It takes a bit to get used to the directions including a building (ie: \"Take a left at the stop light just after the Circle K\"). I would definitely purchase this again if I needed another one.
Wife’s Garmin in her car finally bit the big one and she wanted a replacement. Ordered the referbed 55 to save a little money and it looks new and works just fine.
