• I purchased these for our new home\'s kitchen and eating area, both of which look right into our neighbor\'s yard. The goal was to give some privacy, but still let me see out and get a bit of light in. GOAL MET! Hubby (who is handsome, but not handy!) Installed all by himself in about 30 minutes per window. They look great because they blend in and do not act as a statement piece like drapes might. Word to the wise: Measure at least twice: I was off 1/2\" and had to return/reorder. Thank goodness the company has free returns and shipped the new ones immediately.
• Our order was short two installation kits. Don\'t know how we\'ll install two of our shades.
• Filters light but doesn’t block view. Great quality. Exactly what I needed on my office.
• Love the color and the fact that I can still see through my kitchen window while blocking the heat; works much better than room darkening curtains!
• These roller shades are light filtering as advertised, and a good fit for the space and function where I need them, in my workshop. I did an inside mount of the 33\" inch size in a space of about 33 3/4\" width, and the fit is fine. I can see outside but the shades give the window a more finished feel and allow you to see what\'s going on outside but with some privacy.The real test will be later in the year when the sun is at a lower angle that bothers my eyes, I am hopeful these will do a decent job against glare.Install time was about 25 minutes, which included untangling the chain. These look like you could pull them down with the bottom edge of the shade, but no dice -- only the chain moves the window. I have left it fully extended for a few days as recommended by the manufacturer.I would suggest someone at the manufacturer look at the instructions -- it looks to me like most of the drawings of the brackets shown them 90 degrees off from how they would look in a typical inside mount install. Thus it\'s hard to know if the little piece that looks like a hook on the bracket goes toward the front of the window trim or back toward the glass. I did the former, as the drawing looks that way, but it meant I had to pull the shade forward into the front edge of the bracket rather than back per the instructions. • I have a very sunny room and was looking for something to allow light but block the full sun and heat. This is perfect, room is still bright and without the heat. Great price, easy to install
• The clips make it very easy to install. I prefer the cordless over the corded but they both work just the same. Great Quality and built to last.
• The roller shades turned out to be even better than expected. The quality is top-notch. The material looks like normal fabric but it feels like plastic and it\'s easy to clean. That\'s important when you\'re mounting the shades above the kitchen sink.The shade themselves are perfect for protecting your privacy during the day while allowing enough light through. Note, at night with the lights on, you can totally see from the outside in.IMPORTANT: The color is not pure white. It\'s more of a light neutral beige.
