Susceptible to interference from nearby usb3 devices, keep that in mind if you\'re plugged this GPS receiver into a Raspberry Pi 4. Aside from that it\'s fine for adding an offline location and time source to a computer
Takes a bit to locate. acceptable considering the price and it is quite accurate.
Works great for GPS via Win10 laptop.
I tried and tried to get this to work on my Raspberry Pi 4B to no avail. I returned it and bought a different small gps unit that worked fine with no aggravation.
Hello,A customer pointed me to another offering of this device. Finding several items, a RULE need to be added in 60-gpsd.rules to recognize the device. After a restart of PI, the GPSD service recognized the device. This does work with Raspberry PI 3B+.
There is one piece of info they left out of the description...It\'s a one shot device...You only get to use it once!!!It\'s not worth time to send it back for a refund.
Pure junk. Not worth even returning. Doesn’t even receive power let alone be recognized. Why is crap like this being sold? Looks like this is headed to a 10% 1 star rating.
