lnnkfacil Wireless Android Auto Car Adapter - Instantly Connect Your Smartphone to Your car Screen wirelessly - Direct Plug-in USB Adapter - Faster Transmission- Automatically Connect
- I own a 2019 Subaru Ascent. It came with navigation but I\'m not a fan of it (Tom Tom based) and also the infotainment system can be temperamental. So I definitely enjoy the Android Auto experience much more, except for having to plug it in. It is very frustrating to leave your car and enter a store or work and realize your phone is still in the car. For this reason I jumped at the chance to order this device.I was pleased to see how compact it is. The instructions were fairly well written and clear. One bit of info that was not in the instructions, but I found from reading another review was that you should remove your vehicle from your phone\'s Bluetooth list and also remove your phone from the vehicle\'s Bluetooth list. One other thing that may help is to work on this in a location where your phone is not connected to a wi-fi signal. This should help avoid any connection conflicts.Following the instructions, I was able to pair my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone to the device after several tries. Not sure if I was doing something wrong or not, but I finally got it to connect. Once connected it worked great.Something to be aware of is that sometimes it connects within a few seconds, sometimes it can take a minute or more. That may be an issue with the device but I imagine it is more likely the phone being bogged down with other activity.Once connected I don\'t have any lag. It is very responsive to both touch and voice commands. So far it was well worth the 15-20 mins I spent setting it up. If you don\'t have significant familiarity with how to access settings in your phone and car, this may be very challenging. But if you or someone you know is comfortable with these activities, it may be worth your time and money if you want to avoid forgetting your phone in the car.
- I\'d been using an Android Auto adapter by Motorola for the past year, but decided to give this one a try.Initially I couldn\'t get it it sync with bluetooth on my phone. I could select it, but then it would give the error \"Can\'t communicate with Lnnkfacil-23ef\". I hit retry about 15 times and then for no discernable reason it suddenly worked. After that it all worked as expected. When I get it in my truck (2019 Silverado) it takes roughly 5 to 10 seconds and my phone automatically hooks up and Android Auto starts on the screen. The Moto device would occasionally disconnect randomly, but this device doesn\'t seem to have that issue. The box says \"online upgrade\", but I couldn\'t find anywhere in the instructions how to upgrade the firmware for the device. It connects to the vehicle via a USB-C port, but it also has a USB-A port that isn\'t explained in the manual (other than to say don\'t use it to connect to the vehicle). Maybe it\'s a pass-thru port for charging, but I haven\'t tried it.After a week or so of using this device, it has been stable enough that I gave my Moto adapter away to a friend.
- Original setup process was easy, but it did take nearly 10 minutes for my phone to find the Bluetooth signal. Once found it connected without a problem. Most of the time it connects when my car is turned on within 30-45 seconds. I do occasionally have any issue where it does not connect and I have to take my phone out and approve a pairing request, which is a bit of a pain since this is supposed to make it so I don\'t have to take my phone out. Haven\'t had any issues with lag or crashing. For reference, I used this on a Pioneer AVH-4200NEX head unit and a Samsung Galaxy s10+. I keep the module inside my center console and it does not interfere with the connection. Even with the occasional connecting/pairing issues, I am happy with this module.
- This adapter for wireless android auto makes it much more convenient for connecting to your phone in the car. Once set up, your phone will connect automatically to Android auto in your car, which is great. The issue I had with this product was that it was difficult to set up. The instructions were not very well written, and it took me several tries to get the adapter to connect to my phone despite following the instructions. Once I finally got it set up it has connected fine every time I get in my car without issues.
- Hello everyone, I ordered this wireless android auto adapter for my mother in law, she for some reason has so much trouble with connecting her phone to her vehicle, so I got her this product and I tested it out thoroughly, in addition, I compared to my other name brand model I use in my truck, this unit performed just as well and it is pretty responsive connecting to the vehicle including working great with the android auto system which leads me to the fact that it finally needs no wires , not to mention, I can earn brownie points from my wife and my mother in law. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a better way to connect to their vehicle.
- The instructions are extensively worded, and there are a couple options to establish the connection, which makes setup a bit of a task. However, if you\'re patient, it\'ll work. I am using this with a Ford Explorer. Here\'s the process that ended up working for me: 1) Connected phone to car via wired connection, which automatically launched Android Auto. 2) Connected this product to the car via wired connection, waited for blue light to flash. 3) Opened bluetooth connection on phone, connected phone to product (it took awhile for the product to pop up as available).
- Important: Make sure you remove your phone from your car\'s bluetooth configuration, and remove your car from your phone\'s bluetooth config before you setup this device! After I figured that out, it worked fine, but it took some time to get get that figured out. Setup is fairly simple. Plug your phone in and activate android auto, then swap the cable to this device. Finally, bluetooth connect your phone to the device. Another thing to note is that it will take 10-15 seconds the next time you get in your car for the connections to sync up and for the android auto button to appear, but it does work slick after that. No stuttering in the audio or in the map/navigation.
