• The Garmin Forerunner 15 is a very good training tool and all a round nice watch. It has a short battery life when on a long run and gps and stopwatch are active. Also the watch is small on my wrist
• I have been running with this watch for over 8 months now, and have been very pleased with it. I was initially a bit hesitant to order a refurbished device, but at the reasonable price point it seemed worth it and it has turned out to be a great purchase. After some research I chose this particular model, as I didn\'t want or need a device that receives text messages, phone calls, or has some of the other connectivity features found on the newer, higher-end fitness trackers - after all, running is one of the few times I am able to fully unplug from all of that...The watch has proven durable so far, with no signs of wear or tear on the straps. The battery does seem to drain somewhat quickly in GPSmode, but since I only wear the watch while running (30-60 minutes per run), and I sync it to my computer after each of these runs (during which the watch charges), this is not an issue for me and I have never had the battery level get below two \"bars\" in this type of usage cycle. However, for those who would be using this for perhaps long marathon training runs, or as an all day activity tracker with GPS on, I would expect a need to recharge it daily. The only other note is that on a few occasions the watch can take 5+ minutes to initially locate GPS signal, but the vast majority of the time it will find signal within a minute or two.Finally, the online app (Garmin Express) that Garmin uses to sync their fitness trackers to is a great tool for tracking progress, visualizing routes, reviewing timing splits, and more. I think it provides interesting info for the casual user, and can also serve as a valuable training aid for the more competitive runner, biker, swimmer, etc.
• I was really impressed with this watch for the first 2 months or so-- quick pick up on location, accurate tracking, reasonable battery life, etc.A week or two ago, my watch went on the fritz and hasn\'t been the same since. I only got 30 minutes of wear time off a 3 hour charge, and during a 12 miler, it suddenly quit out of GPS mode at mile four and lost all the data from those first four miles. What\'s worse, it wouldn\'t let me simply restart the GPS and track the last 8 miles of the run. It just sat there with a triangle on the screen and didn\'t respond to my pushing buttons. And this with me charging it overnight!It was a great product when it was functioning, but unfortunately, it only functioned properly for about 2.5-3 months. I wouldn\'t recommend this watch for any intense endurance athlete.
• This is my second forerunner 15 and I love the watch. I was having a hard time finding a new one in the small size (the large size is great but my wrists are so small that the buttons are constantly getting pushed at random) and I was hesitant to buy a refurbished one. Since I couldn\'t find a new one, I just decided to give the refurbished one a try and I\'m glad I did. The watch looks amazing out of the box, in fact it looks brand new. I would think it was if I didn\'t know otherwise. I plugged it in and it charged right up. I wore it for a couple runs before reviewing and it works perfectly. I\'m very happy I was able to find this watch because I don\'t want a watch with too many features and this one is my favorite. I would buy from this seller again.

• Got this for my husband because he thought he might want to start tracking his running data. Didn\'t want to spend the money for a new one. This one works just as well as mine (bought new 2 years ago). We\'ve used it for about 3 months now and no concerns. Will definitely consider buying refurbished in the future.
• The sizing of the Forerunner 15 in the images is small.It fits my slim forearms great in my opinion.I ordered it as a refurbished, seems new to me.Keep in mind that this Garmin FR15 only syncs via usb, in other words it needs a computer.
• Seemed to track ok when I ran with it but it refused to sync with my computer after the first time. Returned it
