- Good product.
- This case came unscrewed a few times and the air rag dropped out. Luckily, I saw it and was able to retrieve the tag and lid of the case. Today I got home and saw the air tag had fallen out along with the lid. So, I’m out the cost of the air tag plus the case. I bought another brand for my wife and it has worked fine. Lousy quality by OtterBox and major disappointment. Garbage.
- Ordered this product via Apple when I ordered airtag; intended for pet. Fell apart every time dog bounded - very poorly made/designed. Not eligible for return at Apple - good lesson to order from Amazon next time, and to avoid Otterbox.
