- I\'ve always leaned more towards this style band and this one is decent. It\'s definitely worth the price point, however there are some minor issues compared to other bands of this style that I have. The cuts in the metal, particularly on the sides, are not rounded off or smoothed. On my wrist, this makes it feel a little rough at times. It\'s not something I pay much mind to, but I do notice it occasionally. Other bands of this style, that I have, seem a little more rounded or smoothed out. They feel a bit more comfortable in that regard. The band does fit the watch face perfectly. Installation was a breeze. I did not have to adjust the length of my band so I can\'t speak to how easy/hard that is. The locking clasp works fine. Again, you can see/feel the difference between this clasp and pricier versions of these bands, but it gets the job done.All in all, this is a decent band that\'s well worth what it costs. I\'d definitely recommend it to someone looking for a replacement band for this watch if they were trying to stay more budget conscious.
- I\'ve thought about replacing my old Garmin Forerunner for a while now, but it works and I still like it so why bother changing? Anyway I have had to replace the silicone strap a couple times, and most recently I was hoping to find something to give it a different look. I was thrilled to find a black, steel link band that matches the face and gives it a nicer, modern look. Obviously I\'m not fooling anyone - it\'s still a Garmin - but it\'s a little more versatile and looks a little more professional. I will admit that I don\'t run anymore so can\'t say for sure, but I don\'t think it would be very comfortable on a long run. But for my purposes it works great. It was easy to change the band and after watching a couple YouTube videos I figured out how to adjust the links to get the right size (it was actually very easy to do with the included tool). I definitely recommend.

- I\'ve had this band for only a few days and the paint is wearing off already with minimal light work around the house. It is still a good sturdy band, but it will be silver before the end of a week in some spots.
- The band itself is pretty nice - better than the silicone one that comes with the watch. The install however is not user friendly when removing and reinstalling links. The notches on the link pins do not match up with the install tool provided. They simply need to match it up like a screwdriver does with a screw so that you can remove and install the links more easily - like the pins that come with the watch itself do for removal and installation of the band.
- Have had this band for a few months now. Love it !Very comfortable, don\'t get any rashes (like I did with the original silicone band). The only thing they can improve is - try to reduce product weight.Overall great value for money !
- I found that the pins that hold the watch band on come separate . Had to order pins to put it on.
- I found all the rubber secondary market bands sticky on my skin. This is not sticky.I\'ve had the band less than a week. I hope the finish doesn\'t scratch off over the years, but my first impression is, this is sturdy, lightweight and great looking.I was able to take the old band off and install this band in about twenty minutes. With help from a friend or family member, that would be cut in half.
