  • I’m extremely pleased with this Garmin hand held gps. It has many features not found on entry level golf gps devices. It shows the shape of the greens, distances to front, middle, back, as well as the ability to move the pins based on pin position for the day. It will also show hazards, layups, and hazard positions relative to the green. Additionally, it will keep your score, and measure distance walked. For the money, I don’t think there’s anything out there that compares to the g10. I’ve only used it once so far, and I’m becoming better at utilizing all it’s features.
  • Fairly accurate most of the time. Charge lasts 2-3 rounds. Good deal.
  • The unit was very self-explanatory and for such a small device puts enough useful information at your fingertips to take the guess-work out of many shots. I compared it side-by-side with a number of expensive distance-only range finders and most of the time we were within a yard.Distances to (and over) prominent hazards on every hole are easy to read and take the guess work out of how best to get to the green.Front/middle/back distances to the green show you how big the green actually is - something which previously required at least one round of personal course knowledge (and a phenomenal memory).The score-keeping option is a nice bonus. The only drawback is the size which, ironically, is almost too small (I bought the carry-case for it because I\'ve almost lost it twice already). That being said, the battery will easily last for 2 full rounds/day and recharges in a couple of hours. I only wish I\'d have bought it earlier.
  • I love this Garmin as it identifies courses in the area and informs you on yardage and doglegs as well as keeps track of your score and putts. It\'s fun to synch the data, track course stats and work towards suggested goals.
  • I used this gps twice and was very disappointed as it was so small and hard to read. It wouldn\'t hold the charge after having it plugged in all night. Didn\'t have some of the features I was expecting.

  • I can\'t tell any difference from the refurbished one from new. The item is very portable and helpful.
