- I was looking for a lightweight, full feature fitness watch that could be worn primarily to track fitness workouts and sleep. I selected this option due to the price point being good as a first try at this kind of watch. I had some issues with my first watch that I received, but Amazon quickly sent a replacement at no cost, so great job Amazon on that customer service.Regarding the watch: I\'ve been satisfied and even impressed with the features and customization of the watch. Heart rate, while I\'m not going to believe is 100% accurate, definitely seems to capture the increase in heart rate during activities (primarily running at this point). I have not yet used it on a hot summer day, so can\'t speak to HR usability during high sweat environment.Garmin app works well on my android phone. The watch connected easily to my phone and customization options on the Garmin Connect app downloaded seemlessly to my watch.It seems to do a decent job tracking my sleep - again I have no truth data to compare to, but I am overall pleased with the information coming from the watch.One thing to know - if you are planning to use this primarily to track steps, I have noticed a large difference between the number of steps tracked on this watch and from my phone. Not sure which one is more accurate, but figured I\'d provide that feedback.Battery life seems to be well represented - probably about 5-7 days between required charges based on how much I\'ve been using it for specific activities (i.e. runs/hikes/etc.)Very pleased with the purchase!

- Be ready to follow the setup process(es) for the Garmin 645 to maximize its potential. There are a number of tutorials available for the Garmin devices.
- Since I switched to iPhone, the watch disconnects from it way too easily and frequently.The only way to reconnect is open your Connect app and re-sync. Then the first time you stepout of the room, the watch disconnects from the phone.It\'s a great watch for running/cycling/swimming, but it sucks if you\'re trying to find your phone!The heart rate accuracy works intermittently. While doing aerobic activity in the pool, the watch said my HR was 90, yet I was gasping for breath. Sometimes while on an elliptical machine, the watch will give me a reading 30 bpm less than the sensors on the machine does.I should have just gotten another Apple Watch!

- Why pay extra dollars for brand new, if there aren\'t any differences? I loved it. The battery lasts more than 12 days if no activity is done. With alternate days running, it goes for 5-6 days.
- Mine ended up looking brand new, it might just be luck of the draw, but this was an insane deal for a watch that normally retails for over $300.
- Love this watch — already dropping my times on my runs just from simple tracking and notifications.
