- I purchased air tags for my bikes and I tried to put them inside the bikes frames. When I did that the AirTags didn’t get good signal through the thick metal so I tried these reflectors out and they work flawlessly! I had two of my bikes stollen off of my RV in a parking lot. I tracked them down to a motel 6. Go figure and the signal was good enough to single the bikes down to a specific motel room. I showed my phone to the police and they were BOTH recovered. Amazing! They work so good I almost want people to steal my bikes now.
- This is a high quality and secure place to hide your AirTag. I especially like that the AT is hidden behind a \"secret panel,\" rather than being right behind the red lens where it might be seen.My only concern is that this thing is huge-- much bigger than other bicycle reflectors-- and for that reason bike thieves might be more likely to spot and remove it. That said, I have it on my electric bike, and it seems to match other oversized attachments on a bike where extra weight doesn\'t mean that much. But I decided to get another brand (that I don\'t like very much, but size matters) for my regular bikes.
- My electric bike was stolen after, to my own fault, I improperly locked it up one night. I came back to find it missing, promptly checked my iPhone \"find my phone\" to track the hidden AirTag, and got a ping on my bike 15 minutes away. I reported it to the police in town but they weren\'t able to do anything about it because it was out of jurisdiction at that point so they opened a case for me stating, \"maybe that town can take a look tomorrow\" I went for a drive to see if I could get eyes on the bike and call the local police myself! I ended up catching a young man riding down the street on it, scared the crap out of him, and loaded my bike into my car. I\'m not recommending a vigilante approach but I can say the guy was super surprised when I was able to pinpoint his location, had no idea there was an AirTag on the bike :)
- This bike reflector is a grea way to hide a air tag on a bike
- I LOVE this reflector, but after a recent bike purchase I realized that my seat had to be all the way down for my height and that leaves the only place for this reflector to live is on the front end of my bike along the handlebar column. Red should face backwards, but a white one would be appropriate facing forward.I\'m going to have to rig this to my bike somehow because it\'s an essential add on but if it were available in white or a choice of reflector colors, it would be so much more awesome than it already is.
- Returning Item: does not fit AirTag 2022. Must fit earlier versions of the airbag but is way too small for the 2022. Not even close.
- Do not buy if you have an e-bike. Doesn’t fit well. I did jury rigged it so it works but I should have sent it bake. Would recommend for normal bikes.
