This thing is great. You just plug it in and pair it with your ds4 and it works like a charm. Keep in mind you do have to pay for two way and the gps features but it works out to like 10 a month. You don\'t have to pay for the service but it\'s worth the piece of mind to know when you push the button to start your car that it actually started.

The fact that after spending 200 dollars on their alarm system and still have to pay monthly to use this is just crazy , bought it thinking it would just hook up to my existing alarm system and then when I found out you still have to pay . Just took it off and just tossed it in the trash .
Uses a cellular service for GPS, therefore there is a monthly or yearly fee for use, which is fine. However, app is wonky at times. Sometimes it says it on, but its not. Other times it says error but car is on. Since it uses GPS service, you can turn your car on from anywhere you have cell service. I left my car at airport for a month, and would regularly run car from another country to charge car battery. I found this trick in app to work more often..Open appWait for weather and signal picture to loadLock car and wait for the app to say it lockedLook at the gps location of carThen start car once and wait for it to say its on.The apps failure to turn the car on 100% of the time prevented me from renewing the subscription.
Great product and service
I bought this to go with my viper DS4+ remote start and alarm, super easy to install and now I can monitor my vehicle romotly as well as have drastically increased the ability on my viper system. A must have in my book.
