- I bought this unit at the end of 2022. I installed it relatively quickly although it\'s Android-based and I\'m an Apple user, so I struggled a bit to understand the system. That\'s just a fair warning to Apple-only users to give themselves a few more minutes. My issue wasn\'t installing it but rather trying to figure out how to have the unit automatically reconnect itself to my phone\'s hotspot every time I used it. I can manually reset the connection but it takes a few minutes. This should be automatic once the system is properly set up. Enter tech support. Keep in mind that in the USA there is a 12-hour time difference so responses are delayed for that reason. They do however respond quickly aside from that issue. So bantering communications and ideas can easily hew up a week or more to get a resolution. Binise was able to provide me a firmware created to resolve the issue which has yet to be tested but I am confident in them having a fix with the latest firmware. Kudo to their support team. Also, just as important is the fact the unit works as advertised. You can fully realize a touchscreen experience for all streaming services. I was not able to get it to connect to my home server NAS via Plex fully though but YouTube, Netflix, prime, and Pandora worked great on my 2019 GMC Denali truck. Boy, that makes traveling much, much more pleasurable with this Binize steaming interface player. Pretty darn quick too!
- I ended up ordering this because my friend bought one and recommended it for those longer road trips. She told me it connects to Netflix and uses CarPlay through your in-dash display which I love because I currently rest my phone on the dash and it has the tendency to fall during braking/accelerating (I’m not driving, I’m a passenger princess, don’t worry LOL). I was having a hard time getting it set up and reached out to Binize via Facebook. They were so helpful and happy to walk me through the whole process step by step and take their time with me. Super friendly customer service, which always goes a long way with me!
- You can figure out the install. Not good directions. Doesn’t tell you the exact way to install. Some apps are tricky to use due to the icons on the side are fixed and some apps have buttons that are standard to that same side. Happily the screen allows you to turn the screen sideways. At that point you can make adjustments.
- This device works very well in my Ford F-150, and streams flawlessly. I\'m able to access all streaming apps and the result is crystal clear quality. An added bonus is that the car speakers give it a great \"surround sound\" feel as well. I am very happy with my purchase.The product support was very helpful when I had a question, were quick to respond and also help me out. Don\'t hesitate at all to reach out to them if you need any help, they are an A+ service!
- I have seen devices like this that can play YouTube and Netflix but that\'s about it. I purchased a Magic Box but sent it back for this.This one can do much more! Easy to use for both my 2022 Wagoneer & 2019 Honda Pilot. No special updates or weird settings. Plug & Play. Fast processor.It goes without saying not to watch while you are driving. However, my family enjoys it while I drive.I rarely review on Amazon but I am impressed.

- The box works as advertised for my 2022 civic. It needs WIFI from your phone to work.Sound quality and video are really impressive. The seller is super responsive. Overall a great product so far.
- Easy Plug and play on 23\' Toyota Sequoia. Connected to the car\'s internet. Used during road trip with kiddos. Definitely recommend!
