Saved my family so much time trying to find out new kitty who likes to escape.
The QR codes are not valid.. it won’t pair with my iPhone XR. Maybe because the batteries were dead upon arrival of the trackers..would be nice to see how they work.. maybe with new batteries…I’ll find out..
I received this and immediately followed the instructions to try it out. As soon as I first connected it with their app, it would not properly do notifications on the device. It wouldn\'t make sound or light up. The only thing that would work was that the phone alerts would work if the device and phone were too far apart. Even then it took a while for the alert to start. Not a long time, but if you were in the car, you could be a mile away before it would alert.I reset the device and the software and tried everything again. Well, I tried. It took about 6 tries (each one had to wait 30 seconds) before it would allow it to unpair in the software. After connecting it again, it worked with sound and all for about an hour.Also, the battery was already down to 80% as soon as it arrived.
