  • I bought this for my Honda Civic 2010 LX sedan. I had the factory supplied single DIN radio and wanted to upgrade the car as I have no plans to selling it for another few years. But I also wanted the functionality of a modern car.I have never done any work on a car before, so was little apprehensive. I watched a few videos on YouTube with similar units and it was easier to work on it. I also installed a backup camera and routed the wire from the trunk, and under the trims to the unit.It probably took me 3-4 hours to do the connections along with back up camera, given I was doing it for the first time. The first time around I could not get the back up camera working after I put the unit in place and put the dash pieces together. I had to take everything out again to check the connections. The whole time from removing the unit to putting back together took less than 30 minutes. So you do it once, it becomes easier the next time. The interface is great. It is like an Android tablet with access to play store and plethora of Apps. I am glad I can watch videos and Live TV (using hotspot) when I take my kids to their tournaments next time. The unit supports wireless Android Car and it is great accessory when you are driving. It has a decent built in Navigation software if you do not wish to use your phone data. The back up camera works perfect and has little to no lag between pushing to reverse and the screen switching to camera view.Great upgrade to my basic car and reason to keep it longer - no monthly installments for car :)Edit 6/1/22i recently started having problems with Chrome browser and it kept crashing on me. I could have done without it except some of the apps that I use still direct me to Chrome (MyQ garage opener) if I have to login again. I contacted the seller and they sent me a system update. It took a few tries to make it work as the Bluetooth would not work after the update. Eventually we were able to get it working. Quick and prompt response from the sellers.
  • First off there’s the problem in the picture. I ordered for a Honda and got a Toyota symbol…ew. Then the car play wether wired or Bluetooth sometimes works for a whole song without disconnecting and sometimes doesn’t. Then i have to turn everything off and wait a couple minutes for the unit to fully power down and restart before it will connect to CarPlay again and yes I’ve tried almost every iPhone cable i have including the ones i use in my other cars. This is the thrid sygav android radio I’ve ordered and they all have some sort of problems. The first one was for my evo x. The second one was for this Honda and that one was completely useless. The only thing that worked was am/fm radio and no one really uses that if they have other choices anymore especially me. And this one was to replace the am/fm one. Don’t even dare try to do anything in the settings while the music is playing on CarPlay because that is a guaranteed disconnect. I’ve tried updating it and it says everything is up to date so i don’t know. Also when it disconnects from CarPlay and doesn’t play a sound my iPhone 13 max pro says it’s still connected and so does the radio. Update after about a month. The volume, back, home, and on/off lights stop working so at night when i want to find the volume i have to turn on the lights in the car. The glass screen is falling off also. Yes. The whole front glass face is ungluing and coming off. You can see my finger behind the screen in the picture.
  • It’s a very good setup for wireless CarPlay. I have no bad reviews about it. It is confusing to work with but is a big upgrade and looks 10 years older. I don’t like the startup because there’s no logo it just turns on. But it connects to my CarPlay fast. The sound it static but that could be a wiring issue. I would recommend highly
  • Really good quality. Fast and and big! I\'m finally able to use Android Auto. Unlike other head units, this one does is Android Auto ready. I just ran the USB wires into the glove box for quick ease of access. Definitely recommend this head unit.
  • I like it so much
  • Nothing to dislike but one thing I couldn\'t get to get a sound out of is from the sub 1 sub 2 rca output. I have extra sub in my trunk and would like to use it. Light from the sub is on but sound. Any other workaround it to get it running?
  • The radio is awesome
